Artist Statement

To me, photography is the best form of art. I like to take pictures because they show real places, real people, real moments, and real memories. My images show different representations of light and how they can change the image completely. Throughout my career in photography, so many things have inspired me. Natural beauty of landscapes, creative architecture, and almost everything around me. Also, I have gotten a lot of my inspiration from my family and friends. I have enjoyed photography ever since I got my first camera in first grade. When I discovered film photography in high school, it became one of my passions. I love getting to see the process of the picture developing and getting to manipulate the picture in the dark room. I want my viewers to have a personal connection with my photographs.
